Most items are in stock. If they are not in stock, a red
"temporarily out of stock" note will be next to the item's
price. If for some reason the item you ordered is not in
stock, we will email you right away. Otherwise, your order
will ship out within 24 hours of being placed (Mon-Fri). **If multiple items are ordered, they may ship from different locations, so items may arrive at different times.

Money orders or Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, Online
Shopping Cart; We accept VISA/Mastercard/American
Express/Discover through our shopping cart (secure server)
or you can mail-in your order.
Please make sure the billing address you enter under
"Invoice Details" is the same billing address for your
credit card or the order cannot be processed. You can
specify a different "ship to" address, but in order to
prevent fraud, we require the invoice address to be the same
as your credit card billing address. You will always get a
confirmation email of your order immediately after placing
it (however, this does not mean your credit card was
processed yet). If you do not get an email, we did not get
your order- most likely, you did not complete all the steps
to the shopping cart system or you gave us an incorrect
email address. When we actually process your order and
charge your credit card, you will then receive another email
that notifies you of this. If for some reason the item you
ordered is not in stock, we will email you right away. **Paypal
Orders: If you pay via Paypal, you will get only one email,
the email Paypal sends you. |

Shipping |

Shipping is added in automatically with the shopping cart
system. Within the U.S., we ship USPS Priority mail which is
normally 2-3 business days to most states. (If you need
Express Delivery (i.e. overnight option), please write your
request in the "Special Requests" section of the shopping
cart - the shipping price will differ from the price
calculated on the shopping cart based on this. Your credit
card will be charged accordingly.) If you are mailing or
faxing in your order, use the shipping rates below. *Indiana
residents add 6% sales tax to your order total. |

If you are mailing in your money order or personal check,
feel free to use the "Fax/Mail-in Order Form" which you can
access with the below link. You can fax in your order with
your credit card information to (219) 663-4684. If you don't
want to use that form, just make sure to send in your
mailing address along with the item you are ordering.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of the items we sell, for hygenic reasons
we must enforce the below return policy:
Refunds (less shipping costs) will
be honored if the product is returned within 7 days of your
receipt of the item. Products returned after 7 days of your
receipt of the item will be refunded less shipping costs AND a
25% restocking fee. (Absolutely no returns will be allowed after
30 days.) All returns must be UNUSED in mint condition with all
original packaging and tags still attached in order to receive
any refund. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Please inspect any product
as soon as you receive it so all returns can be processed in the
appropriate time frame. A Return Authorization number must
accompany all returns. Please email us for a RA# and
instructions. Any return that arrives without an RA# printed on
the box will be refused. Return to the below address along with
the RA# and a copy of your receipt. If you have any questions,
please email us. ** Refunds
will be in the form of a refund check or a credit to your credit
card or Paypal account depending on how you originally paid for
your purchase.
*Special orders such as Prescription Eyewear are NOT returnable.
